Ryan Davis is a writer, producer, and filmmaker whose work spans television, film, and documentary. He has developed and sold projects with Blumhouse, Mammoth Screen, NBCUniversal, Secret Hideout, Stigma Films, and Kudos TV.

Previously, Ryan co-ran Gambol Films, named Up-and-Coming Screen Business of 2022 by Creative UK.

In 2021, he wrote and produced his debut feature film, Fixed — a contained thriller that earned a nomination for Best Thriller at the 2022 National Film Awards, three Midlands Movie Awards (winning Best Lead for Nick Clarke as Daz), and went on to win Best Feature Film at the Northampton Film Festival 2023.

Ryan’s 2023 documentary short, The Black Country Cowboy, won Best Short Documentary at the London Independent Film Festival 2024. The film is also nominated for Best Short Film at the Royal Television Society Midlands Awards 2025. It received nominations for Best Short Documentary at the Louth International Film Festival and Golden Eyes Film Festival 2023, screened as part of the Reel Birmingham strand at Flatpack Film Festival 2024.
